RGIS Business Update: May 26, 2020

Dear Valued RGIS Partner,

We hope you and your loved ones remain healthy, safe, and everyone was able to enjoy their time this holiday weekend. We have enjoyed staying connected with you weekly on the state of the business and sharing our business updates during this time.

I am confident more than ever that together, we will continue to rise to the challenges and come out stronger. As always, the well-being, health, and safety of our people and our customers remain our top priority.

At RGIS, one of our core values is Excellence. A great example of one of our team members living that value is our Chief Human Resources Officer, Priscilla Messir. Recently our HR department has gone through a tremendous effort on transforming our organization into a truly "People-first" culture. Priscilla's commitment to strengthening RGIS' people strategy was recently featured in the Profile Magazine. We are so proud of her achievement we invite you to learn more about Priscilla's philosophy on Excellence and her continuous influence on RGIS by clicking here.

Additionally, I want to share with you our weekly business update:

  • Our Retail Services Division continues to assist retail partners with resetting stores and implementing new social distancing standards during this pandemic. Our dedicated team provides expertise and resources to complete an array of merchandising projects from store remodels and displays, in-store merchandising, new store setup, to installing or relocating fixtures and displays.
  • Our Store Layout Services Division is providing an add-on solution for inventory customers that need to quickly gather various levels of data outside of typical inventory data. Since we have the ability to gather valuable data and photos via a tablet application, retailers are utilizing our inventory visits to collect additional information like cooler and refrigeration equipment information, vendor displays, as well as information for safety and marketing.
  • As the nation prepares for ramp up and several regions are safe to return to work, we are staying vigilant on the safety of our people, business partners, as well as the communities. It is our responsibility to do our part to help reduce the risk of COVID-19. For our teams returning to work, we provide Personal Protective Equipment, as well as mandatory safety training with our new safety protocol.

We wish you and your loved ones good health. Please continue to follow the authorities' recommendations for public health and safety.

We thank you for your ongoing support and partnership, and we will stay in contact as this situation evolves.

Sincerely,

Siegfried De Smedt | Chief Executive Officer, U.S. and Canada
