MyRGIS Account Deletion

1. Request for Deletion: Users may request the deletion of their MyRGIS account at any time. To initiate this process, the user must submit a formal request via email to MyRGIS@rgis.com.

2. Verification and Processing: Upon receiving a deletion request, RGIS will verify the user’s identity and the validity of the request. The account deletion process will commence following successful verification, and RGIS will delete all personal and user-specific data associated with the account.

3. Timeframe and Confirmation: The account deletion will be completed within 5 working days. A confirmation of the deletion will be sent to the user’s registered email address.

4. Consequences of Deletion: Users must understand that requesting deletion of their account will result in the permanent removal of all data associated with their account and may affect their ability to access certain services provided by RGIS.
