industrial equipment manufacturer needed to complete a wall-to-wall inventory to
verify counts. For financial reporting,
an outside vendor was required to perform the audit.
Supervisors from RGIS met with the manufacturer
on-site to develop a process and walk through the area.
RGIS created an inventory program that
utilized the client's internal inventory process.
The scheduling team was able to accommodate the client by
executing the event on a holiday weekend. Staffs from local district offices were deployed while the manufacturer was scheduled to close.
The client was able to meet their financial reporting deadlines. Complete inventory verification came in
under budget and on schedule.
