THE CHALLENGE
Fiat needed a solution of auditing vehicles and documentation of financed cars within dealerships, so required RGIS to provide the following:
- National coverage, to cover 20 cities in South America
- Audit established dealerships
- Check physical cars and the supporting documentation for each vehicle
- Identify variances
