One of the largest pharmacy chains in Brazil, with 432 stores and a presence in 12 states with more than 7,000 employees required the support of RGIS. The pharmacy chain has two distribution centers in the cities of Benevides and Aquiraz, and is opening another distribution centre in the city of Guarulhos, offering health and beauty products through stores and online.
THE CHALLENGE
The large pharmacy chain needed an accurate inventory count of two distribution centers, in preparation of opening a third distribution center, so required RGIS to provide the following:
- Complete inventory counts of two distribution centers in Benevides and Aquiraz
