THE CHALLENGE
The hospital trust needed a solution to update the asset register as the current system was not set up for the rapid growth within the hospital, and was causing blind spots in the data. The hospital trust required RGIS to provide the following:

- Count both capital and non-capital assets
- Data has to include exact location, functionality, and a photo of each asset
