A division of a national chain was in need of support for a major renovation initiative. A total of
862 stores across 19 states needed to be completed within
4 months. Teams needed to complete approximately 2 stores per day to meet the deadline.
trained and coordinated numerous two-person teams. These teams came from
43 RGIS districts that traveled within their local areas for the project.
Each team completed an average of
two stores per day. Work included teardowns, store fixture and display installations, and planogram implementation.
The teams were
more efficient because of their training and experience with the retailer. This helped the project run smooth and on time.
The renovation was completed in all stores on time and per the planograms.
Specialty fixtures were installed correctly and old fixtures and
graphics were completely removed.
