Need:

A public health system required an independent valuation of their inventories. Due to the precise inventory tracking and count methods, the client searched for an ideal partner.

• Liquids/gels counted by volume, pills counted per pill

Solution:

Upon arrival at each inventory event, the RGIS supervisor reviewed sites and segregated areas. RGIS completed onsite mapping that identified locations and allowed for variance reporting.

Auditors validated NDC’s by scanning each bottle individually and entering the pill count. This prevented drugs from being incorrectly counted.

Results:

The health system improved their inventory program by outsourcing to RGIS. They now receive a variance report after each event, and 100% verified inventory results.
