RGIS Gains Additional Strength in Middle East with ISICS Acquisition

AUBURN HILLS, MI. (June 1, 2007) -- RGIS, LLC announced today that they have acquired ISICS Software Systems, LTD., the largest inventory company in Israel. This acquisition is part of the RGIS global growth strategy.

RGIS is the world leader in inventory and retail services with an annual revenue of more than $600 million. Operating in more than 15 countries in the field of mass distribution, industry, retail trade and the public sector, RGIS benefits from almost 50 years of experience. All 25,000 employees are trained to use state of the art proprietary technology, which has distinguished the company in its services around the world.

An RGIS spokesman explained that RGIS established a presence in Israel in 2001 and that this acquisition will accelerate the development in Middle Eastern markets. The goal is to expand RGIS' ability to serve existing customers as well as new customers. ISICS was founded in 1999 and is based in Tel Aviv. They perform inventory services to Israel's leading retail and pharmacy chains. The merged company will be managed by a local team lead by David Kagan and Asaf Cohen.
