  • The Area Manager (AM) is a salaried employee responsible for the assigned operations of a district office and supervising district Team Members. Area Managers are responsible for the profitability and efficiency of assigned teams, meeting with customers to discuss upcoming events, sales, scheduling of inventories and other events, ensuring appropriate staffing levels, districts weekly, hiring and training of district employees at all levels, the care and maintenance of all equipment assigned to the district, arranging for the completion of merchandising projects, and understanding and applying RGIS policies and procedures.
