RGIS has been in the business of collecting data since 1958. Our experienced field force is armed with RGIS proprietary handheld devices and software in order to collect data quickly and efficiently with the highest possible data quality. This allows for near real-time information with onsite validation and logic checks so that our customers can define problems and act quickly. Our data collection solutions also include the following: - Planogram Vs realogram: We scan the shelf from left to right and from top to bottom and in 30 seconds we can have the realogram of a 4 foot section, allowing you to compare the reality of your store to the planogram for simultaneous action.
- Store mapping: RGIS scans the macro space within a store and helps retailers to update their CAD drawings of their stores with the position and the type of the fixtures along with the product category adjacencies. This information can also be useful to manufacturers in order to estimate the "linear shelf fair share" for product categories within departments and the fair share of departments within stores.
