District Manager

An RGIS District Manager (DM) is a salaried employee who is in charge of the day-to­day operations of a district office. The DM is responsible for ensuring that the district is properly staffed, efficient and profitable. The duties of a District Manager include:

  • Supervision of all office activities
  • Overseeing all parts of every inventory
  • Customer service
  • Employee relations
  • Hiring and training
  • New Sales
  • District expenses
  • Understanding and enforcing all RGIS policies.
