Our Culture and Systems ensure that every RGIS employee is well-trained, well-informed, supplied with the best data collection equipment available, and dedicated to our customers. Every one of our auditors receives formal training on the RGIS Inventory System prior to participating in their first inventory. Likewise, we ensure all our Merchandisers are well versed in merchandising before they are allowed to participate in any Retail Services project. We offer e-learning and instructor led supervisory certification programs that are widely used by our aspiring workforce.
